  • Do I have to travel in Business or First Class to access the AA Elite Airport service?

    All travelers can benefit from AA Elite Airport services regardless of their travel class.

  • What documents do I need before contacting AA Elite Airport for a my booking ?

    Before contacting us to make your reservation, we need the date of your outward and return journey, the flight numbers and the number of passengers.

  • How to proceed with my reservation?

  • How do I pay for my AA Elite Airport service?

    You can pay by credit card on the day AA Elite Airport accompanies you. We provide you with a payment terminal.

  • Can I book at the last minute ?

    You can book up to 24 hours before your departure.

  • Until when can I cancel my reservation?

    You can cancel your booking 24 hours before your departure, free of charge.

  • Is there an AA Elite Airport offer for companies?

    AA Elite Airport offers companies tailor-made services for their managers and employees. Contact us for more details.

  • In which countries and airports does AA Elite Airport operate?

    AA Elite Airport is based in Paris but can operate throughout 400 airports around the world, especially in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.

  • What happens during security, immigration or customs checks?

    AA Elite Airport is with you at every step your travel. When you arrive at the airport, we will collect your passport and transport your luggage to be able to pass these controls.

  • What documents do I need to recover the tax on goods purchased on my trip?

    To recover the tax on purchases made during your trip, you will need to complete a tax refund form at the airport. You also need the bought products and your plane ticket. AA Elite Airport is at your side to carry out all these steps.

  • How long can I stay in the private lounge ?

    By booking your private lounge, you benefit from one hour of relaxation. Our hosts will offer you an aperitif or snacks. However, it is possible to extend the experience and obtain a tailor-made service. Contact us to schedule your reservation.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed?

    Your dedicated concierge will accompany you even in case of delay at no additional cost.

  • Can I bring guests back to the private lounge?

    Due to the health crisis, it is currently not possible to come to the lounge with someone else

  • Are AA Elite Airport services suitable for people with reduced mobility?

    Yes, our services are adapted for people with reduced mobility. Everything is done to ensure their comfort and well-being.

  • Can I smoke in AA Elite Airport lounges and cars?

    In accordance with French law and for the well-being of all of our customers, it is not possible to smoke inside the airport or in our luxury cars.

  • Can I take my pets with me to AA Elite Airport lounges and vehicles?

    Yes, it is possible to bring your pets to AA Elite Airport lounges and vehicles.
